Enhancing Service Operational Performance in Thai Military Bank, TMB: Case Study of Cash Flow Management

Abstract

Today business operations have increased of intensifying competition difficulty. Many businesses face to the situation of increased costs on all fronts in order to meet the needs of customers who change their demands every time to response by time to time under the same quality without rising of price level. In many organizations have begun to realize the development efficiency to reduce the costs and seek the best way on operation management to be able to hit the needs of customers as much as possible to ultimately leading to increased sales growth in the current competitive environment. To support the organization efficiency this paper proposes the concept and method that is popular nowadays is the concept of applying “Lean Six Sigma” from case study of services business that uses “Lean Six Sigma” concepts as a key of strategy in their organization management and it is name Thai Military Bank, TMB. Included helping to creating financial product variations that make value- added and support diverse demand of customers to a major of change under images "TMB make THE Differences" to create awareness from the public that make to the trust and expanding customer base in a short time to increase profit to the bank.
