The purpose of this research study is to evaluate technology business incubator by using the good-practice approach. This research study is based on the comparative study of cases toward successful implementation of the good-practice approach for each stage of the incubation process. Findings of this study indicates that both studied cases have right incubation activities compatible with the benchmark’s approach in both preincubation stage and incubation stage; however, under the graduate stage, one of the ASEAN incubator have strong preparation of its incubation program compared to the benchmark. While selected incubator in Thailand faces with the opportunity of improvement in its activities under this stage. This study makes an academic contribution by creating new body of knowledge in the best Incubation model for countries in ASEAN. In addition, this makes practical contribution by supporting suitable incubator model for incubation program revision.
