AbstractUsing JQ Blue crab delivery as a case study, the objective of this article is to study service innovation strategies in the food delivery service. The aforementioned company has conducted a new study of service based upon customer needs. This new system of service helps create convenience value and delivers cost effectiveness. The results of the new service are reflect in continuous sales growth and repurchasing rate.
