Abstract

Behavioral operations is an act of personal expression including the actions associated with the feeling that a person has towards work and work environment. This paper presents how to create motivations to achieve better work habits of employees which encourage the organization operations to run smoothly and bring the competitive advantage for the organization. This case study is to offer incentives to employees working in one of electronics factories inPhetchaburi province. It also presents problems occurred and analyzes the organization activities contributed to motivate employees for their good work habits.
