Humanitarian refers to the manner of management in terms of morality and assistance for people who are affected by the crisis. This paper focuses on crisis management, the humanitarian operations and a case study analysis of SCG Corporation. The company was affected by flooding in 2011 and crisis management and humanitarian operations were employed to overcome the crisis.
