Abstract

This paper examines employment trends and the impact on job management in the next two decades in Thailand. The three types of job management are examined: labor market, job design and job environment. The objective for job management in Thailand set in this project is to achieve the quality of economic and social life of working population. The methodology utilized includes literature review and focus group. The outcome of the report will cover the future research directions regarding job management in Thailand and policy recommendations.
