Nowadays, the technology ventures play important role of economic in every countries. Technology ventures are complex. Moreover, Thai entrepreneurs are not familiar with this type of business. Therefore, this paper aims to present framework in analyzing business opportunities from emerging technological disciplines. Entrepreneurs can use this framework to analyze and identify business opportunities from all aspects, which would result in higher chance of success for new technology ventures. A case example of a company in Biomedical Engineering industry is provided to illustrate the application of this framework.
