Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to explore factors that influence Toyota dealers’ motivations in implementing environmental management system (ISO14001). A total of 127 respondents of this study are at the dealer management level, either owner or general manager of service department. Those have authorities in decision making to or not to implement ISO14001. Research results show that policy, team, benefit, and competition impacts Toyota dealers’ motivation in implementing environmental management system ISO14001.
