Abstract

In time of dynamic changes, one of the most important skills for managerial practice is adaptive capacity which can be learned in both individual and organizational level. Problem-based learning is an interesting learning approach. Its differentiated pedagogy starts with the problem not theory. With the combination of advance technology and this learning approach we can come up with an innovative learning. This article will exemplify a practical example of a problem-based learning application using computer simulation as a catalyst, where learners can have an opportunity to learn by doing.
