This article aimed to study the important factors driving the firms into the innovative organizations by creating the innovative working environment. The information and data are studied and gathered through the method of literature review, inquiring from the expertise and interviewing from the related person. As the results, the theories related to the asociation between working environment and innovaive activities are described. Two cases (Intel Corporation and Krung Thai Credit Card company) are studied and presented as examples of organization where enabling the office design and creating working environment to support the execution of innovation and technology strategy. Moreover, some ideas are concluded and shown as application guidelines supporting the use of innovative strategy.
