Parisa Rungruang, Ph.D.

Dr. Parisa Rungruang received her doctorate in Human Resource Management from Monash University, Australia. Her PhD dissertation was on the antecedents of organisational commitment of academics in Thailand.

Dr. Rungruang holds Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Birmingham, U.K. and Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information System from Thammasat University with first class honours. Her research interests include employee commitment, organisational justice, perceived organisational support, role stressors, psychological contract, and organisational citizenship behaviour.

Prior to joining CMMU, Dr. Rungruang taught at Suan Dusit Rajabhat University where she was also a committee member of the Master’s Degree program. She worked for four years at Assumption University (ABAC) as a full-time faculty and a subject coordinator.
