Technology has been developed continuously. Learning approaches should also catch up and utilize this advancement for a better learning. From literature reviews and studies, it can be seen that the learning-by-doing approach will be more effective with appropriate technology enhancement. With this, learning can be more interesting and more convenient. From empirical study and practical sample, it is believed that the learning-by-doing approach is one of the most effective learning methods. Technology support is crucial but learning itself is still important. This paper presents ideas about the application of learning-by-doing and a case study of an institution in Thailand.
