Abstract

This objective of this article is to study an example of service design innovation in the food delivery business through a case study entitled “Zabbver Delivery”. The company has created a competitive business model using service design innovation. The service is designed in order to serve the customer who likes street food but often faces an obstacle to the convenience of purchasing food at a street food kiosk/shop. With service innovation, Zabbver Delivery has obtained a positive response from its customers, reflected in increasing sales volumes and an increase in the number of repeat customers.
