CMMU's Practical Theory of Organizational Vision Published in a World's Leading Leadership Journal

A CMMU theory entitled "Toward A Behavioral Theory of Vision in Organizational Settings " by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra has been published in Leadership and Organization Development Journal, a leading leadership journal indexed in Scopus.  This theory of organizational vision explains how powerful visions are characterized and how the characteristics improve organizational performance.  It is indeed CMMU's contribution to the world's community of business schools.  CMMU students however have long had the privilege to study and apply this vision theory since 2003, just before anyone else (on earth).  Publication of this report confirms CMMU's position as a leading management school in Asia.  Click here for full report.
