Dr. Kantabutra's Latest International Journal Publications on Australian and Thai Leadership

Asst. Prof. Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra's reports of Australian and Thai leadership studies have been accepted for publication by two international journals.  The first study, in conjunction with the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, examines relationships between shared visions and business outcomes of customer and staff satisfaction in Australian retail stores.  The resulting report, entitled Shared Vision in Customer and Staff Satisfaction: Relationships and Consequences, will be published in 2009 by Journal of Applied Business ResearchThe second study has identified an organizational condition that vision creates a negative effect on business performance in Thai retail stores.  This research report, entitled Negative Vision Effect in Thai Retail Stores: Surprising Evidence?,  is to be published in 2010 by Singapore Management ReviewCMMU students, particularly students in the CMMU HR program for business leaders of the future, will have a chance to learn first-hand from Dr. Sooksan about how to apply these findings in their businesses.

Both international journals are indexed in Scopus, the world's largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed journals.  Publication of these reports confirms CMMU's status as a leading business school in Asia.  Click here for more details about the Australian study and here for the Thai study.
