on .

CMMU faculty members have successfully presented their research findings at the 17th Annual Conference of the International Employment Relations Association (IERA), co-organized by CMMU and the University of Technology Sydney.  IERA conference proceedings are indexed by Scopus, the world's largest database of peer-reviewed literature.

A research team, comprising Asst. Prof. Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra, Asst. Prof. Dr. Vichita Ractham and Asst. Prof. Dr. Nathasit Gerdsri of CMMU, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Krittinee Nuttavuthisit of Sasin, Chulalongkorn University, has delivered its presentation on "The Royal Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy: A People-centered Approach to Sustainable Enterprises in Thailand".  This is the first time business applications of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej's philosophy are presented at an internationally refereed conference.

With a co-author, Dr. Parisa Rungruang has successfully delivered her paper on "Antecedents of Affective Organisational Commitment: A Study of State-Owned Enterprise Employees in Thailand".  CMMU's Dr. Molly Saratun has also delivered a presentation on "Identifying Vision Realization Factors at a Thai State Enterprise", a paper of which is co-authored by Asst. Prof. Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra.  Clearly, these research findings are turned into instructional materials used in CMMU classrooms to ensure effective applications in organizations based in Thailand.

CMMU faculty's presentations at this international conference confirm CMMU's status as a leading business school in Asia.
