CMMU researchers presented their finding to PEA.

Led by Dr. Parisa Rungruang, a CMMU research team, comprising Dr.Molraudee Saratun and Assistant Professor Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra, has delivered a final presentation to the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (PEA).  The presentation is about findings of a one-year long research on identifying employee satisfaction and its antecedents at PEA. 

 

The PEA committee is pleased with the results.  Research findings from the state enterprise will also form CMMU's body of knowledge on people management in a state enterprise setting in Thailand, which will enhance student and trainee learning experience at CMMU.  Indeed, CMMU is one of the best business schools in Asia
