CMMU Faculty Joining the World's Most Prominent Leadership Scholars

Assistant Professor Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra has published his vision research as a book chapter in an edited textbook entitled Leading Organizations: Perspectives for A New Era recently launched worldwide by Sage Publications.

According to Sage Publications, this textbook offers 50 chapters from the world's most prominent international scholars of leadership, who dispense invaluable overviews, insights, and perspectives on the key components of leadership in new era organizations.  Other book chapter authors include such big-name leadership scholars as Professor James M. Burns who is a Pulitzer Prize winner from the prestigious Williams College in the US, Professor Edgar H. Schein who first coined the term "organizational culture", and Professor Peter M. Senge whose book  The Fifth Discipline: The Art and Practice of the Learning Organization has been highly regarded around the world.  Both Professors Schein and Senge are from the world's renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)'s Sloan School of Management.
