CMMU Faculty and PhD candidate presented their reseach papers on Corporate Governance

Asst. Prof. Dr. Roy Kouwenberg, Ph.D. Program Chair will presented his research paper entitled: An Investigation of the Corporate Governance of Thai Listed Firms during the Period 2000-2008. This is the research project granted by Stock Exchange of Thailand. Also, Mr. Visit Phunnarungsi, CMMU PhD candidate, who received the SET doctoral student research grant, will also present his paper entitled: Corporate Governance, Violations and Market Reactions.

Both papers will be presented in Capital Market Research Forum (5/2553) on Friday July 16th , 2010. From 13.30 to 16.30 hrs.
