Suparak Suriyankietkaew, a CMMU PhD candidate, has been admitted into a double PhD program at Macquarie Graduate School of Management, one of the world’s leading business schools in Sydney.  Under this program, her doctoral dissertation will be examined for two PhDs from Mahidol and Macquarie Universities.  Suparak is the second CMMU PhD candidate admitted into the program, following Pisanu Vimolratana.  Only in her second year of doctoral study, she already has several publications in international conference proceedings and a few articles accepted and under consideration for international journal publications.

A Royal Golden Jubilee PhD scholar of Thailand Research Fund, Suparak has been working on her doctoral research in the area of sustainable enterprises under Assistant Professor Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra’s supervision.  She will spend at least a year to continue working on her doctoral dissertation at the Macquarie Graduate School of Management with a full financial support from Macquarie University and Thailand Research Fund.  While in Sydney, Suparak will be supervised by Professor Gayle C. Avery, a world renowned leadership scholar.

Admission into the double PhD program at the top Australian business school is extremely competitive.  This year, Suparak is among only a few applicants admitted into the program.  Her admission indeed confirms the highest international standard of the CMMU PhD program.  Please join us in congratulating Suparak for her achievement!
