CMMU Faculty and students in 3rd Thaitima Conference

The 3rd Thailand Technology and Innovation Management Association (ThaiTIMA) conference was successfully organized at the Century Park hotel during June 16-17, 2011. The College of Management, Mahidol University (CMMU) co-hosted this conference with Thammasat and KMUTT University for the third year. In this year, the conference theme was “Technology and Innovation Management for Sustainable Development in a Disruptive Time”.  There were approximately 100 participants attended the conference this year (100 participants on the first day and 80 participants on the second day). In the morning of the 16 June, Dr.Yada Mukdapitak, Deputy Secretary General at National Science Technology and Innovation Policy Office, gave a keynote speech on challenges for Thailand from upcoming disruptive events along with current Thailand Science & Technology Policy. It is followed by panel discussions from industry; distinguished panels included manager/directors from three leading companies, i.e., Du Pont, Toyota, and Mitphol. In the afternoon of 16 June, the meeting editor session was organized with the editors from NIDA development Journal, KMUTT R&D Journal, and Thammasat Business Journal.
