CMMU Faculty Named Most Internationally Cited Researcher by Mahidol University

Assistant Professor Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra has been named the recipient of the most internationally cited researcher award in business and management field by Mahidol University for his research on vision-based leadership in Scopus database in a ceremony taken place at Salaya campus on July 20, 2011. 

Professor Sansanee Chaiyaroj, Mahidol University Vice President for Research, announces that Assistant Professor Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra has been chosen to receive the award because he has been the principal investigator in the area, is internationally recognized as a leader in his field, has continued to create a citation impact between 2005 and 2009, and has adhered to moral principles.

Professor Vicharn Panich, Mahidol University Council Chairman, is seen giving a bouquet of flowers to congratulate Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra. Professor Piyasakol Sakolsatayadorn, Mahidol University President, is seen giving a prize to congratulate Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra. Mahidol University has been giving the award annually to promote worldclass research in the fields of sciences, medicine, humanities and social sciences.  Assistant Professor Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra is the University’s first awardee in the business and management field.
