CMMU Cutting-Edge Research Debuts at the 4th International HR Conference

The following cutting-edge research from CMMU faculty members and students has been blind-reviewed and accepted for presentation and publication in conference proceedings by the 4th International HR Conference with a theme of Managing People for Sustainability to be held during January 18-20 to commemorate H.M. King Bhumibol Adulyadej's 84th birthday anniversary.

2. Innovation, employee engagement, and quality as drivers of sustainability in a non-profit organization by Pisanu Vimolratana and Gayle Avery.

3. Effect of shared leadership on team performance via job stress in healthcare industry by Apichai Somboonpakorn.

4. Examining relationships between Sufficiency Economy business practices and corporate sustainability performance: A proposed model by Warat Winit and Sooksan Kantabutra.

5. Sustainable leadership at a leading sanitaryware manufacturer by Thomas Siebenhüner and Sooksan Kantabutra.

6. Sustainable leadership at Thai President Foods by Sooksan Kantabutra and Suparak Suriyankietkaew.
