Dr. Parisa Rungruang won a bid for a research contract from PEA

A CMMU research team, led by Dr. Parisa Rungruang, has won a bid for for a research contract from the Provincial Electricity Authority of Thailand (PEA) to investigate its employee satisfaction and antecedents. 

The contract is approximately 650,000 baht.  CMMU HR students will benefit greatly from findings of this research since they will learn first-hand about how a state enterprise in Thailand can precisely maximize employee satisfaction.  Other research team members include Dr. Sooksan Kantabutra and Dr. Molraudee Saratun.
