Drs. Suparak Suriyankietkaew completed her double doctorate degrees, PhDs in Management, at Graduate School of Management, Macquarie University, in Australia and College of Management, Mahidol University, in Thailand. She received two prestigious scholastic awards from Royal Golden Jubilee PhD grant of Thailand Research Fund and International Macquarie University Research Excellence Scholarship. Her specializations focus on leadership, sustainable leadership, sustainability, corporate social responsibility (CSR), corporate strategy and high performance organizations. She has had extensive teaching and research experiences, published in several journals/books and worked collaboratively with renowned worldwide scholars in multidisciplinary areas of leadership, strategy, social responsibility (sustainability), management, organizational behavior, cultural studies and empirical research.


Prior to her PhDs, she spent about a decade living and studying abroad since her high school in Virginia, USA, as well as obtained both bachelor (BSc) and master (MSc) degrees from University of Maryland, USA. In addition to her international education, she had worked professionally over 14 years as a management practitioner and business consultant with global, multinational corporations from diverse industries (e.g. pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food businesses, consumer products and telecommunications), plus local and international governmental agencies in Thailand and abroad. In academia, she has had a variety of experiences for more than 12 years as an adjunct professor at Bangkok University International College, a research/teaching assistant at Macquarie University, a researcher at Mahidol University and Macquarie University and an invited guest speaker/lecturer for various universities.

With the world-class education from three continents (i.e. North America, Australia and Asia), the solid research backgrounds in empirical, quantitative and qualitative research and several years of global/multinational work experiences, Drs. Suparak brings a unique contribution to management education and practice.
